Managing a varied caseload of adults (18+) efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Providing advice, support, and recommendations for equipment, adaptations, and care packages

Ensuring services meet the needs of individuals and carers in line with current social care legislation and council policies

Commissioning services and using resources in a cost-effective and person-centred manner
