Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Oversee and manage complex cases, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and delivering personalized care.
- Leadership and Support: Provide professional leadership and support to team members, including clinical supervision and caseload management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and integrated service delivery.
- Service Development: Lead the development of protocols, procedures, and systems to enhance practice and improve service outcomes across the borough.
