Job details: Occupational Therapist with major adaptations experience required. 3 months.
- Working within a multidisciplinary team consisting of case workers, surveyors and OT staff.
- Completing assessments for children and adults in their homes and identifying and recommending appropriate major adaptation solutions to meet the needs.
- Working closely with surveyors to determine feasibility of recommended major adaptation works.
Hybrid working is available, but the worker may be required to be more visible in the office at the start of the contract to help build familiarity with the team/service/systems. Working hours: Preferably Full time. 36 hours per week.
