As an Occupational Therapist with the London Borough of Southwark Council, you will provide specialist assessment and intervention for adults in community settings. You will act as a Best Interest Assessor and deliver tailored equipment and adaptations to support independence and improve quality of life.

  • Undertake comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults in community settings.

  • Develop and implement personalised intervention plans, including equipment and adaptations.

  • Act as a Best Interest Assessor, providing expert guidance on complex decision-making.

  • Collaborate with patients, families, carers and the wider multidisciplinary team.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with professional and council standards.

  • Contribute to service development, best practice initiatives and multidisciplinary team objectives.
