Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Manage and support unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and young people, ensuring their needs are met and they receive appropriate care.
- Support Services: Provide tailored support and guidance to help young asylum seekers navigate the challenges of settling into a new environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with social workers, healthcare professionals, and educational institutions to create a supportive network for the young individuals.
- Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions for staff and volunteers to enhance their skills in supporting unaccompanied asylum seekers effectively.
