As an Occupational Therapist with City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, working with adults with learning disabilities, you will provide tailored occupational therapy interventions to promote independence and quality of life. Operating at Band 6, you will collaborate closely with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective support and care.

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults with learning disabilities.

Develop, implement and review personalised occupational therapy plans based on individual needs and best practice.

Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.

Support patients in developing skills for daily living and maximising independence.

Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in line with professional and organisational standards.

Contribute to service development and quality improvement within the occupational therapy team.
