- Work within an Integrated Health Team providing high quality physiotherapy assessment and short-term treatment/management programmes.
- Support adults presenting with stroke and a range of neurological conditions requiring a community-based service.
- Manage a complex caseload autonomously using specialist physiotherapy knowledge and skills.
- Provide specialist rehabilitation for stroke and neurological patients.
- Attend and actively engage in complex clinical discussion meetings regarding service users.
- Provide management and support to junior staff.
- Use essential IT skills for data collection and accurate data input.
- Apply knowledge of SSNAP audits within clinical practice.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
09:00 – 17:00 (shifts)
