Job details: Occupational Therapist required to start asap for 3 months. Front Door IDT. To provide assessment and treatment to patients in ED, the acute floor and the acute beds, facilitate time discharges always thinking home first. The Front Door Integrated Discharge Team provides rapid and comprehensive assessment, working within an integrated model creating a seamless service across Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy enabling an efficient journey for patients. The team consists of Occupational Therapists, Discharge Co-Ordinator and Rehab Assistants. There is a strong multi-disciplinary approach on the acute floor with collaborative working across the wider professions. Must have 6 months UK NHS experience in the last 2 years.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08.00 – 16.00; 08.00 – 18.00.
