As an Occupational Therapist with London Borough of Southwark, working with adults in community settings, you will provide occupational therapy services only. As a qualified and experienced practitioner, you will deliver person-centred interventions that promote independence and enhance quality of life, collaborating closely with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults in community settings.

Develop, implement and evaluate personalised occupational therapy programmes based on individual needs and best practice.

Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.

Deliver occupational therapy interventions exclusively in line with professional standards.

Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.

Contribute to service development, quality improvement and multidisciplinary team initiatives within the occupational therapy service.
