Carry out thorough occupational therapy assessments for adults in acute services.

Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to meet individual needs.

Work collaboratively with service users, families, carers and multidisciplinary colleagues.

Provide expert advice on functional ability, daily living skills and safe discharge planning.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional and organisational standards.

Contribute to the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care within the occupational therapy service.
