Brief Job Overview
Southend Hospital is seeking a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join its NHS therapy service. This role offers the opportunity to work within a busy hospital environment, supporting patient assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake physiotherapy assessments and deliver appropriate treatment programmes.
- Manage a clinical caseload within an NHS hospital setting.
- Support rehabilitation and recovery for patients with a range of physical health needs.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with NHS standards.
About You
You will be a motivated and adaptable Physiotherapist with experience in hospital-based practice. You will be confident managing your own caseload and delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Experience working within an NHS setting.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
