Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Service: Equipment and Adaptations Team
Job Details:
- Senior Occupational Therapist required to start ASAP within the Equipment and Adaptations Team.
- Work with both adults and children requiring occupational therapy assessment and intervention.
- Carry out fieldwork assessments within the community.
- Assess for and recommend appropriate equipment and home adaptations to support independence and safety.
- Work collaboratively with service users, families, carers and multidisciplinary professionals.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation in line with service requirements.
- Utilise Eclipse or similar case management systems to record assessments and interventions.
Skills / Experience:
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with relevant professional registration.
- Experience working in equipment and adaptations within a social care setting.
- Fieldwork experience in community occupational therapy.
- Experience using Eclipse or a similar case management system.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and work autonomously.
Working Hours: Full time – 37 hours per week.
