Manage a caseload of complex adult social care cases for Bradford Metropolitan District Council, including safeguarding, mental health, hospital discharge, and long-term support planning.

Provide professional supervision, guidance, and mentoring to less experienced colleagues, supporting the development of high-quality, reflective practice across the team.

Undertake strengths-based assessments and reviews in line with the Care Act 2014, ensuring personalised, outcome-focused support plans that promote independence.

Lead or contribute to Section 42 safeguarding enquiries, working with multi-agency partners to assess risk, protect vulnerable adults, and promote wellbeing.

Apply specialist knowledge of legislation, including the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), in daily decision-making and care planning.

Support quality assurance processes, contribute to audits, and participate in service development initiatives to improve practice and outcomes in adult social care.
