We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult Safeguarding Team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading safeguarding enquiries, promoting dignity and autonomy, and working collaboratively to achieve person-centred outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead safeguarding enquiries: Conduct Section 42 enquiries in line with the Care Act 2014, assessing risk and developing proportionate protection plans.

Apply Making Safeguarding Personal (MSP) principles: Ensure individuals are fully involved in decisions affecting their safety and well-being.

Work collaboratively across services: Liaise with health, police, housing, and voluntary agencies to coordinate effective safeguarding interventions.

Maintain high standards of practice: Ensure compliance with legal frameworks, council policies, and professional standards through accurate recording and reflective supervision.
