Join Bristol City Council’s Adults’ Social Care team as a Qualified Social Worker, delivering high-quality, person-centred support to adults with complex needs across the city.

Carry out strengths-based assessments and care planning under the Care Act 2014, supporting individuals to maintain independence, wellbeing, and dignity.

Manage a diverse caseload including older adults, people with physical or learning disabilities, and those with mental health challenges, ensuring effective intervention and risk management.

Work in partnership with families, health services, housing, and voluntary sector agencies to coordinate holistic and responsive support.

Respond to safeguarding concerns and lead on Section 42 enquiries, ensuring timely, proportionate, and legally compliant outcomes.
