Oversee and ensure effective assessments, care planning, and safeguarding under the Care Act 2014, promoting independence and wellbeing.

Provide professional supervision, coaching, and development to staff, fostering a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with health, housing, voluntary sector, and other partners to deliver integrated, multi-agency support tailored to individual needs.

Lead on safeguarding adults procedures, ensuring timely, proportionate, and legally compliant responses to protect vulnerable individuals.
