Undertake statutory responsibilities under the Care Act 2014, including assessments, support planning, safeguarding enquiries, and reviews.

Manage a diverse caseload involving older adults, individuals with learning or physical disabilities, and those with mental health needs.

Deliver strengths-based, person-centred practice, empowering service users to achieve their desired outcomes while promoting independence and wellbeing.
