Undertake statutory duties under the Children Act 1989, including assessments, child protection interventions, care planning, and court proceedings.

Manage a varied and dynamic caseload using trauma-informed, strengths-based, and relationship-focused practice to promote child safety, wellbeing, and permanency.

Ensure the voice of the child is heard and central to all assessments and decisions, promoting inclusive, child-led practice.
