Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead complex social work cases, ensuring the safety and well-being of children or adults.

Provide professional supervision, coaching, and support to less experienced social workers.

Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to develop and implement effective care and safeguarding plans.

Contribute to service development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
