Key Responsibilities:

Hold and manage a caseload of complex children and family cases, ensuring high-quality assessments, planning, and interventions.

Provide support and guidance to less experienced team members, promoting reflective practice and continuous professional development.

Contribute to team and service improvement, participating in audits, practice forums, and the implementation of evidence-based models.

Work closely with multi-agency partners, advocating for children and ensuring effective safeguarding and care planning.
