Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Handle complex cases involving children in need, child protection, and looked after children, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Expert Guidance: Provide professional advice and support to colleagues and service users, helping them navigate challenges and improve outcomes.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and integrated care.
