Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and interventions: Carry out statutory assessments and deliver child-centred plans in line with safeguarding frameworks.

Manage caseloads effectively: Work with children, families, and multi-agency partners to reduce risk and promote well-being.

Attend safeguarding meetings: Participate in child protection conferences, core groups, and court proceedings as required.

Maintain accurate records: Ensure timely and detailed case recording using council systems and adhere to data protection standards.
