Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and interventions: Undertake child-centred assessments and develop care plans to support children and families.

Manage casework effectively: Work closely with children, families, and partner agencies to reduce risk and improve outcomes.

Participate in safeguarding processes: Attend child protection conferences, core groups, and court proceedings as necessary.

Maintain clear and timely records: Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with legal and organisational standards.
