This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and SWE-registered professional who is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for children and families through permanency and adoption services.
Key Responsibilities:

Undertake thorough and analytical adoption assessments, including PAR reports.

Support adopters through the matching, placement, and post-adoption processes.

Prepare high-quality reports for the adoption panel and courts, demonstrating strong analysis and evidence-based practice.

Work collaboratively with children’s social workers, medical advisors, legal teams, and adoption panels to achieve permanency outcomes.

Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation, regulations, and best practice standards in adoption.

Manage a complex caseload effectively while maintaining high standards of recording and documentation.
