Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and deliver business intelligence reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for service improvement and strategic planning.

Work closely with council departments and stakeholders to understand their information needs and translate these into actionable insights.

Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with relevant policies and standards.
