As a Senior Practitioner, you will be a key source of support, guidance, and quality assurance across the team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex cases, using advanced social work skills to safeguard and promote the well-being of service users.

Provide professional guidance, mentoring, and reflective supervision to social workers and newly qualified staff.

Support team managers in quality assurance and performance monitoring, contributing to continuous improvement.
