Key Responsibilities:

Manage, supervise, and support a team of social workers, ensuring effective caseload management and high-quality intervention.

Oversee the delivery of statutory child protection and children in need services in line with legislative frameworks such as the Children Act 1989 and Working Together to Safeguard Children (2018).

Lead on quality assurance, case audits, and performance management within the team to improve outcomes for children and families.

Collaborate with partner agencies, senior managers, and stakeholders to develop integrated service responses and contribute to strategic planning.
