Deliver statutory social work duties for Cheshire West and Chester Council, supporting children and families under Child in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children pathways.

Manage a varied caseload, undertaking high-quality assessments in accordance with the Children Act 1989 and ensuring timely and effective interventions.

Develop and implement child-focused care and support plans that promote safety, wellbeing, and long-term positive outcomes.

Prepare clear, analytical, and evidence-based reports for child protection conferences, looked after reviews, and court proceedings, complying with legal and local practice requirements.

Work collaboratively with children, families, and multi-agency partners to deliver coordinated safeguarding and early help responses.
