The Disabilities Trust t/a Brainkind is seeking a Physiotherapist to work flexible individual shifts within its specialist neuro service. This role provides the opportunity to deliver physiotherapy for adults with complex neurological conditions, supporting rehabilitation, independence, and quality of life within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Undertake specialist physiotherapy assessments and interventions for adults with a range of neurological conditions.

Develop and deliver individualised rehabilitation programmes to optimise function, mobility, and independence.

Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centred neurorehabilitation.

Provide advice, education, and support to patients, families, and carers to enhance outcomes and engagement.

Contribute to discharge planning and ongoing rehabilitation pathways where appropriate.

Maintain up-to-date clinical records and participate in service quality improvement activities.
