We are seeking an experienced and motivated Band 6 Radiographer, fully trained in CT and MRI, to join our imaging team

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services, ensuring accurate, safe, and timely scans to support patient diagnosis and treatment.

Perform a range of CT and MRI scans to a high clinical standard.

Operate and maintain imaging equipment in accordance with local policies and manufacturer guidance.

Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all imaging procedures.

Accurately record, store, and manage images and patient data.

Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to provide an excellent patient-centred service.

HCPC registration as a Diagnostic Radiographer.
-
Demonstrable experience in both CT and MRI scanning.

Proficient in using Cannon CT scanners.
-
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
-
Recent NHS experience in a CT/MRI department.
-
Knowledge of radiation protection and safety standards.
-
Experience training or mentoring junior staff.
