This rewarding role involves supporting children with special educational needs across various settings, helping them achieve their full potential in a safe, nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct one-to-one or small group support for children with SEN in educational and/or community settings.

Assist in the implementation of individual education plans and behaviour management strategies.

Work collaboratively with social workers, educational staff, families, and other professionals.

Monitor and report on children’s progress and wellbeing to the appropriate team members.

Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times.
