View JobAs a Physiotherapist with Central Surrey Health, working within community rehabilitation and neurology services, you will provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and intervention to support patients’ recovery and independence. Collaborating closely with patients, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams, you will develop and deliver personalised rehabilitation programmes tailored to neurological needs.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical and neurological function.

Develop, implement and review tailored physiotherapy intervention plans in line with best practice.

Work collaboratively with patients, carers and professionals to coordinate care and facilitate access to community resources.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and organisational standards.

Provide education, advice and training to support patients and carers in managing neurological conditions.

Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives within the physiotherapy service.
