Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will assess, plan, and deliver treatment programs tailored to meet the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of diverse patient groups.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients’ functional abilities and rehabilitation needs using a range of standardized tools and clinical judgment.

Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting independence in daily living activities.

Advise on and provide assistive devices, environmental adaptations, and therapeutic equipment to support patient goals.

Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure holistic and coordinated care.

Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust interventions accordingly to optimize recovery.

Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives.
