Lead safeguarding investigations and contribute to child protection and adult safeguarding reviews.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and ensure compliance with local and statutory regulations.

Provide support and guidance to less experienced social workers and multidisciplinary teams.

Participate in ongoing professional development, attending training, supervision, and reflective practice sessions.
