Lead a dedicated team within West Berkshire Council’s Social Care Services, driving high-quality, person-centred support for children, families, or adults across the borough.

Provide strong professional leadership and management, ensuring effective case oversight, reflective supervision, and support for practice development.

Oversee the delivery of statutory responsibilities in line with the Children Act 1989, Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding frameworks.

Support staff in managing complex caseloads, promoting evidence-informed practice, strength-based approaches, and positive risk management.

Collaborate with multi-agency partners, including health, education, housing, and voluntary sector organisations, to ensure integrated and responsive services.
