Join Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council’s Adults’ Services team as a Qualified Social Worker, delivering person-centred support to adults with a range of care and support needs.

Undertake statutory responsibilities under the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Safeguarding Adults procedures, ensuring dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Manage a varied caseload including care assessments, support planning, reviews, safeguarding enquiries, and hospital discharges, using strengths-based and outcome-focused approaches.

Work collaboratively with individuals, carers, families, and multi-agency partners to provide integrated, coordinated care that promotes choice and least restrictive solutions.

Access regular supervision, reflective practice, and ongoing CPD, supported by experienced leadership and a culture of professional growth and learning.
