Join Brent Council’s Adults’ Social Care team as a Qualified Social Worker, supporting adults with diverse needs to live safely, independently, and with dignity.

Carry out strengths-based assessments and care planning in line with the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and other relevant legislation.

Manage a varied caseload including older people, adults with physical or learning disabilities, and individuals with mental health needs.

Work collaboratively with families, carers, health professionals, and community services to deliver coordinated, person-centred support.

Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns, contributing to Section 42 enquiries and ensuring timely interventions to protect vulnerable adults.
