Undertake statutory responsibilities under the Care Act 2014, including assessments, support planning, safeguarding enquiries, and mental capacity assessments.

Manage a varied caseload involving adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and older adults requiring tailored care and support.

Apply strengths-based and person-centred approaches, empowering individuals to make informed choices and achieve their personal outcomes.
