Manage sensitive cases including child protection, court proceedings, and looked-after children, ensuring all statutory duties under the Children Act 1989 are fulfilled.

Provide practice leadership, mentoring, and coaching to social work colleagues, supporting professional development and improving service quality across the team.

Embed a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and child-focused approach, ensuring the voice and experience of the child guide all planning and decision-making.

Contribute to quality assurance and service improvement, including audit activity, reflective learning forums, and the implementation of evidence-based models.
