Undertake statutory responsibilities including assessments, child protection investigations, and care planning under the Children Act 1989.

Deliver person-centred, trauma-informed interventions that promote safety, stability, and positive long-term outcomes.

Manage a varied caseload with professional autonomy, supported by regular supervision and clear practice guidance.
