This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with strong statutory experience who is passionate about safeguarding children and supporting families to achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload including Child in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children cases.

Undertake statutory assessments and interventions in line with legislative and policy frameworks.

Develop and implement effective care and protection plans through multi-agency collaboration.

Carry out direct work with children and families to reduce risk and promote well-being.

Prepare clear, analytical reports for child protection conferences, LAC reviews, and court proceedings.
-
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, within statutory timescales, and in line with Bromley Council procedures.
