Role Overview:

Support the social work team in delivering high-quality services to children, adults, and families within the community.

Assist in case management, providing administrative support and managing service user records.

Work closely with senior social workers to assess needs and help create care plans for individuals.

Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, providing input where appropriate.

Engage with service users and their families, helping to deliver interventions and support plans.

Access ongoing training and development opportunities to gain experience towards a full QSW qualification.
