Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload, conducting thorough assessments and developing appropriate care plans for children, families, and adults.

Lead safeguarding investigations and take appropriate action in line with local and national policies.

Collaborate effectively with multi-agency teams, ensuring a holistic approach to service delivery and positive outcomes for service users.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and ensure compliance with statutory and council guidelines.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to less experienced social workers and other staff members.

Take part in ongoing professional development, training, and reflective practice to ensure high-quality service delivery and career progression.
