Undertake statutory responsibilities under the Children Act 1989 and related legislation, including assessments, care planning, child protection, and court work.

Manage a varied and balanced caseload, applying strengths-based and trauma-informed practice to achieve positive, lasting outcomes for children and families.

Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners, including schools, health services, and police, to deliver coordinated and effective safeguarding and support.
