Lead by example in handling high-risk, high-complexity cases, including child protection, court proceedings, and permanence planning, ensuring statutory compliance and best practice.

Offer coaching, mentoring, and reflective supervision to social workers, supporting skill development and promoting a culture of excellence across the team.

Champion child-centred, trauma-informed practice, ensuring the voice and lived experience of the child is at the heart of all assessments and decisions.
