Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and supervise a team of children’s social workers, ensuring effective performance management and service delivery.

Oversee complex casework, providing guidance, support, and decision-making to ensure positive outcomes for children and families.

Ensure compliance with statutory duties, safeguarding procedures, and relevant legislation.

Monitor workloads, allocate cases appropriately, and ensure timely progression of work.

Support staff development through mentoring, training, and reflective supervision.

Work collaboratively with partner agencies and stakeholders to promote integrated working and improve service outcomes.
