Undertake and oversee complex assessments and care planning under the Care Act 2014, supporting adults to maintain independence, safety, and wellbeing.

Work with older adults, people with physical or learning disabilities, and those with mental health needs, delivering person-centred, strengths-based support.

Lead on safeguarding adults at risk, participating in Section 42 enquiries and ensuring effective risk management across multi-agency settings.

Provide supervision, mentoring, and practice guidance to junior staff, contributing to the development of a confident, skilled, and resilient workforce.
