Carry out statutory responsibilities under the Children Act 1989, including child protection assessments, court proceedings, and care planning for children in need and those at risk.

Manage a varied caseload using strengths-based, relationship-focused, and trauma-informed approaches to improve long-term outcomes for vulnerable children.
