Mentor and support junior social workers, fostering professional development and reflective practice within the team.

Conduct thorough assessments and develop child-centred intervention plans in line with the Children Act 1989/2004.

Collaborate with multi-agency partners including health, education, and police to deliver coordinated and effective support.

Maintain detailed and accurate case records, contributing to service evaluation and continuous improvement.
