Take a lead role in complex safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act assessments, and risk management, ensuring compliance with the Care Act 2014 and relevant legislation.

Offer mentoring, supervision, and practice guidance to social workers, championing strengths-based and person-centred approaches across the team.

Promote reflective practice and continuous improvement by contributing to quality assurance, audits, and service development initiatives.
