Manage a challenging and varied caseload, ensuring statutory duties under the Care Act 2014 are fulfilled with a focus on safeguarding and promoting independence.

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to junior social workers and other colleagues, promoting best practice and continuous professional development.

Deliver high-quality, person-centred assessments and care plans that empower individuals, respecting their rights, preferences, and diversity.

Work collaboratively with health partners, housing providers, voluntary organisations, and families to coordinate holistic care and safeguarding responses.
